Is this a scam as it really has me worried and this last one is called Google Adwords Jumpstart which costs money. I have my website as a hobby not a business. I have already contacted Moonfruit and they have replied but said contact Google. The only way seems to ring them up but I am not of an age where I want spend money or time ringing them when it is not necessary. I am thinking of taking Google Adsense off my site. Can anyone help please?

Best thing to do is either upgrade to a package which will give you more space,

OR download a programme like irfanview which will resize your images

to an acceptable size. Usually 100k or below is best. Then you would

have to redo all your images, upload them all again , delete all those

oversized ones you have on your site, and relink to new ones to your gallaries, web pages etc.

It is a ballache but the only way to acheive what you want without paying more.

Click on Style tab> In the colour selector you will see white is depressed by default. Choose another background colour, if choosing black you

will also need to change the text colour by continuing to advanced in style and alter text colour to something that will show up against a black background.

If you want you can also change the outer border from the default grey to black or any other colour and thickness.

For some reason no matter what I do the e-mails never get to me from my site...the wiget does not work for me...I have just posted a link on site .

Can I get someone to help...I would like to get these fixed and start another site as well.

Login to the Free site (the one it is currently assigned to) and go to Admin > Site Address and remove your domain/s from the panel. Then log out and go to paid site, where it should be assigned, go to same panel and add your domain there.

We have now replied to two of your emails one dealing specifically with reset password and we used your alternate email address: David_Ottati@Dellteam.com

As you are not receiving any of the mail we are sending please check, as has been suggested, your spam and junk filters. I would also suggest you add our domain, sitemakerlive.com, to your safe list. I would also consider checking with your mail provder or ISP to see if our domain is being blocked or black listed.

If you can confirm you have received the two emails then we can progress. I would then suggest you log in, use the query form and please ensure you include the alternate email address: David_Ottati@Dellteam.com.

I would suggest also you list current issues that need immediate resolution and those that are less urgent. We will then prioritise them for you and find a solution for each.

With regards your email - you have three forwards set up. This means you do not have a mailbox so you cannot login to your email. Each forward (support, info, admin) are all being forwarded to your orginal address. If you are not getting these mails then again I would look at your email service for that email adress. Perhaps all your mails are being blocked like our Support responses.

As a final point and this applies to all our customers. If you fail to get an automated response from us, that is, an email confirming receipt of your query, then there is something blocking our mail. This you will need to investigate yourself.

For Reseller 4 (£200/$300/€300 per month) - 15GB storage 300GB bandwidth - up to 250 sites, 5 free domains

However I have the video player in one of my pages but when navigating away to another page the image carries itself accross to all other pages. Even if you stop the player a blank & black image carries itself accross. Can anyone help

From what i been told by other members, this only affects people who sign up thorugh moonfruit. If you purchase a reseller account (whitelabel) you will have it rebranded to what you wish eg your site name.

This really isnt a big deal as SiteMaker is moonfruit so there really isnt nothing to complain about, if you want it gone you have to purchase a whitelabel.

Today I registered a new account for a client on the affiliate scheme, ready for them to set up their payment subscription only to be presented with everything branded as Moonfruit, even the welcome e-mail states Welcome to Moonfruit.

What else has been changed ? Siteleaders asked that branding be remove fom the membership tools only to find it is now add everywhere else.

Please tell us why this is and where exactly this branding change has been implemented, just so we know what to expect in advance.

Does this new branding also apply to reseller accounts ?

Im afraid there is nothing you can do to change the outcome for FF 3.0 users. The reason why it places the widget at the bottom of the page is due to a bug not able to render an iframe above flash so it puts it at the bottom. The only thing you can d is place a reminder on the page insisting all users have the most recent version on their browsers.

Try the Riva FLV encoder. This is free, simple to use and you can locate it easily on the web. Just ensure that the frame rate is 24 FPS and you shouldn't have too many problems.
